Floor sanding only –  from £20/sqm

Floor sanding and clear varnishing (3 coats):

-hardwood - from £25/sqm,

-softwood/pine - from £35/sqm,

Floor sanding and clear wax/oil finish (2 coats)- from £35/sqm,

Floor fitting (excluding materials)- from £40/sqm,

Maintenance buffing and recoating- from £16/sqm,

Gap filling: resin (up to 5mm) - from £10/sqm,

-wood slivers (5-10mm)- from £25/sqm, Gap master up to 10mm (flexible filler)- from £30/sqm

Floor staining/dye/whitewashed/colour change- from £10 per coat,

Floor Board Replacement (reclaim floorboards ) - £25-£40/linear meter,

Carpet lifting (not disposal) - from £40 per room,

Carpet disposal - from £100 -TBC

Furniture moving -from £50/room (we will not be held responsible for furniture placing, this service is only to enable us to work on the floor in its entirety)

Concrete hearth removal (replaced with matching floor boards)- £300-400 (depends on size and direction of the floor),

Staircase repairs - priced individually- TBC,

Staircase restoration/sanding and clear finish - from £80/step , previously painted staircase sanding from -£100/step,

Landings or small areas - priced individually- TBC

Minimum charge per job - £800
